Tjena Slick i örat på en onsdag! Det här var förra veckan. Den här veckan slängde vi på 5 min till. Man ser hur kurvan hoppar efter 5 min. Sen ökande till 172 bpm. Den dagen hade jag hög puls och låg i mer än en timma över 170 bpm, vilket är ganska högt för mig att orka. Nu är mitt mål malvmaraton på Sicilien.
